La data de 27 februarie curent, Preşedintele Comisiei Europene José Manuel Barroso a anunţat crearea Consiliului Consultativ pentru Ştiinţă şi Tehnologie.

Scopul activităţii Consiliului constă în oferirea consultanţei preşedintelui Comisiei Europene privind crearea unui mediu favorabil pentru inovare, prin edificarea unei societăţi europene bazate pe cercetare.

This means that proposers that could not submit before deadline can do it now, and also proposals that were submitted yesterday before 17:00 could be re-submitted.

CHIST-ERA Call 2012 Announcement (26.11.2012)

The CHIST-ERA initiative is looking for highly innovative and multidisciplinary collaborative projects in information and communication sciences and technologies. Thus CHIST-ERA is open to new ideas and original solutions, involving interdisciplinary skills. In addition, the transformative research done in CHIST-ERA shall explore new topics with potential for significant scientific and technical impacts. In the Call 2012, two separate topics are addressed, namely:

Intelligent User Interfaces (IUI)  

Context- and Content-Adaptative Communication Networks (C3N)

For this call a one-step submission procedure is employed. Applicants are invited to compile a single full proposal according to the templates available below and submit via the Electronic Submission System (ESS): the applicants will upload the Proposal Form in the ESS and will enter all the administrative and financial data directly in the ESS (the financial template provided here as attachment is only given to the applicants to help them preparing the proposal). The ESS will be opened in early December.

For projects selected for funding each partner of the consortium will be funded separately by the respective National Funding Organisation. Therefore all national regulations apply. Eligibility regulations (or links to them) for each National Funding Organisation are given in the appendix of the Call Announcement. Additionally, each PrincipaI Investigator(*), not just the coordinator, has to contact the respective National Contact Point(*) sufficiently prior to submission regarding eligibility issues.

ICT Proposers Day in Warsaw 26-27 September 2012 (26.09.2012)

The ICT Proposers' day 2012 will be organised as information fair over two days and will aim at:

  1. Networking
    • Networking sessions organised according to the Challenges and Objectives of the ICT Work Programme 2013 where potential proposers present their project ideas
    • Stands/villages, organized per Challenge and Objective, which serve as meeting points for people interested in the same research topics
    • Ample space for informal networking and bilateral pre-arranged meetings between participants
  2. Providing information
    • Information sessions on how to prepare and submit a proposal
    • Objective stands where European Commission officials provide up-to-date information on the research Challenges and Objectives of the ICT Work Programme 2013 and the content of the calls for proposals

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are critical to improve the competitiveness of European industry and to meet the demands of its society and economy.

ICTs have a catalytic impact in three key areas:

  • productivity and innovation, by facilitating creativity and management;
  • modernisation of public services, such as health, education and transport;
  • advances in science and technology, by supporting cooperation and access to information.

„Train the trainer 1” - primul training din cadrul proiectului “Ideal-ist 2014” (27.02.2012)

În perioada 15-17 februarie 2012 s-a desfăşurat primul training Train the trainer 1” din cadrul Proiectului Cooperarea transnaţională în domeniul TIC între Punctele Naţionale de Contact Ideal-ist 2014”.

La acest curs au fost utilizate teoriile și mulțimile de practici de reflecție şi schimb de experiență cu scopul de a instrui Punctele Naționale de Contact (NCP) din diferite ţări în domeniul Tehnologiilor Informaţionale şi de Comunicație (TIC) în tematici ca motivația, psihologia de învățare, psihologia de predare, stiluri de prezentare și învățare, conturarea și planificarea unui training, unei zile de informare. De asemenea au fost prezentate o serie de jocuri de training, care pot fi imediat aplicabile în zilele de informare organizate de către NCP-uri în ţara lor.

Din partea Republicii Moldova la training a participat Punctul Naţional de Contact pentru domeniul TIC, Elena Zamşa, care consideră că “astfel de training-uri sunt binevenite NCP-urilor din toate domeniile pentru a învăţa care sunt cele mai de succes metode pentru relatarea informaţiei instituţiilor interesate de Programul Cadru 7, cum trebuie corect să fie organizate prezentările pentru diseminarea Apelurilor ICT ale Programului Cadru 7.”

Trainingul a fost organizat în cadrul Proiectului „Ideal-ist 2014” în cooperare cu partenerul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei din Letonia - Starptautiska Lietiskas Optikas Biedriba și Compania BusinessMind din Austria. El s-a desfăşurat în incinta Hotelului K+K Maria Theresa, Viena, Austria.

Următorul training va avea tematica „Proposal Writing” (Scrierea Proiectelor) şi se va desfăşura pe 6-7 iunie 2012 în Irlanda, Dublin.

La training au participat partenerii proiectului din următoarele ţări:

 Obiectivul proiectului „Ideal-ist 2014” este sporirea vizibilității Punctelor Naționale de Contact şi îmbunătăţirea calității serviciilor oferite de NCP-uri în Europa în domeniul TIC.
